KeePass Password Safe is a free, open source, lightweight
and easy-to-use password manager for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X, with ports
for Android, iPhone/iPad and other mobile devices. KeePass is really free, and
more than that: it is open source (OSI certified). You can have a look at its
full source and check whether the encryption algorithms are implemented
correctly. This helps you to manage your passwords in a secure way. You can put
all your passwords in one database, which is locked with one master key or a
key file. So you only have to remember one single master password or select the
key file to unlock the whole database. The databases are encrypted using the
best and most secure encryption algorithms currently known (AES and Twofish).
The advantage of this software is that, the user is able to protect the
database by a single password. The users now do not need to remember multiple
passwords. The password can be sorted by folder and saved in different formats
like TXT, HTML, XML and CVS. In addition, it has password generator that allows
the users to generate password depending on the selection. KeePass has simple
